MESSAGE FROM TAYLOR WIMPEY EAST ANGLIA: We are writing to inform you that we are holding an online consultation to give local people the chance to view and comment on our proposals for phases 2A and 2B of new homes at our Wolsey Grange 2 development in Suffolk. These phases form the first residential phase of the Wolsey Grange 2 development, which will consist of 750 new homes. 

Your feedback is vital as we prepare a Reserved Matters planning application for submission to Babergh District Council in January 2027.

Our proposals for the site include a development of 157 homes alongside areas of open space, green infrastructure, sustainable drainage and land for a new primary school. To help meet local housing needs, we are proposing a mix of one- to five-bedroom houses, with 55 homes being designated as affordable housing.
